You can’t beat these guys from the captain to the deck hand. Top notch boat equipment and first class fishing! I know there are other great boats out there but this is the best I have ever been on. Just listen to them do what they say and you will haul in the fish!!!! What a great experience we had. Yes I am book another trip with these guys!!!

Went in an 8 hour today and had one hell of a time. Cap and first mate were on their A game. I’ve been fishing for a long time on other boats but I finally found my “see ya next year” boat.

Capt Troy was great with younger kids. He took us to deeper water and stayed out longer to make sure our girls caught plenty of fish.

When on a dolphin cruise an it was amazing! Captain Birchfield, Suzanne and first mate, Marcus was wonderful. The best dolphin cruise I’ve been on. This is also an amazing fishing charter boat!. I highly recommend you will be completely satisfied.

What a thrill to spend some time fishing with Capt. Troy! The boat is beautiful and very comfortable, Captain is very knowledgable and family orientated. We were in good hands with him and had the pleasure of having his wife assisting us on board. We look forward to our return trip!

Could not have been better! Troy, Suzanne and Nate were a dream team. They were so kind, considerate and fun! We brought 2 young children and the crew made sure the kids had a blast. My 3 year old took a nap in Captain Troy’s lap at the helm. The boat was nice, comfortable, clean and spacious. We were blown away at the quantity and variety of fish we caught. We will definitely be back and will be recommending this boat and crew!

Me and my husband have fished with Captain Troy twice now and I’d say we certainly owe loyalty to him. He is super nice and very knowledgeable. Same to be said about his deckhand, Marcus! The boat, Reel Chill, is very spacious and always clean. My first time deep sea fishing was October 2019 and I wasn’t familiar with how it would all go. Both Troy and Marcus made me feel so assured and safe and welcomed. I just don’t think I could have done it on any other charter boat. The price you pay is so worth it. You will have the time of your life!

Excellent day on the water. They were very professional, made the experience kid friendly, and created a memorable day for our family. I would highly recommend them for a Charter experience…. especially if you are taking kids a long.

The boat is clean and comfortable. Captain Birchfield and his wife are great hosts! This was a great Father’s Day 2020 surprise for my husband and son. We will definitely do it again! Great catch, great fun, great fellowship!

3rd time that We have chartered with Captain Troy and Suzanne. Fantastic fast and comfortable boat and a great fishing experience. Nate (Deckhand) had his hands full with the fish haul and did an awesome job. Going to continue to charter with Captain Troy and the Reel Chill. Very fun and rewarding experience. Looking forward toward a 2 day overnight to the oil rigs in October!

Six of us booked a day in Oct 2019 during the fish rodeo. Captain Troy and Marcus provided an outstanding trip for all of us. Lot’s of fish caught including the largest Black Snapper of that day. Highly recommend you book Reel Chill, we will again.

What a great captain and crew. I sent my group of 6 out with the Reel Chill and they had a blast and caught over 30 fish and almost hooked a big shark. The captain interacted with my young group and answered all their questions even the repeats. Highly recommend.

Captain Troy, Suzanne, and Heather were absolutely amazing taking us out on the boat! It was my Fiancé’s and I’s first fishing charter and we will definitely be back! I learned even more about fishing! We caught so many fish and had a blast! The deckhand Marcus was super sweet and made sure we had a great time and stayed catching fish. It was the best day ever! We even got to see several dolphins jumping in our boat wake as we came back in as well so that was icing on the cake for me! I’ve been showing everyone our photos and pictures of our trip! We booked three charters, during two separate trips to Destin. Captain Troy, Suzanne and Marcus are amazing & absolutely wonderful people in my opinion.
The boat has great accommodations, it’s roomy, comfortable & super clean. Captain Troy & Suzanne and Marcus are so knowledgeable & personable …totally awesome group! Marcus has the patience of a saint …. trust me, he fixed my reel more than once on my first day out…. gave me a bucket and a blanket on my second , when the sea didn’t agree & then the third time was a charm. Btw , we were traveling with a 6 yr old & she loved every minute of the day & considers all her bff’s. The fishing was great , we killed it!

I suffer from motion sickness, and was scared to book a charter. Captain Birchfield assured me that with the new Sea Keeper installed on the boat, I wouldn’t have anything to worry about. I booked a charter and NOT ONCE did I feel sickly. I was able to focus on all the amazing fish we were catching. In addition, it was super nice to have a clean restroom to use. The deckhand was amazing and very knowledgeable.

I’m super excited and will be booking with Reel Chill again very soon!
